Daily Surf Videos are huge fans of anything by Kai Neville, and today’s surfing video is the third part of the Landscape Altered Series from Kai Neville. Within the out-of-the-worldish footage captured by Kai is ridiculous surfing from Clay Marzo, Josh Kerr, Chippa Wilson, Jay Davies and Mitch Coleborn.
The series so far has been pretty incredible not just in terms of the slightly out of this world cinematography but the level of surfing is insane, Chippa Wilson has to be a standout in today’s sufing video check out his ridiculous backside rodeo flip at 2:12. It’s insane to think that Chippa is only 22, considering how Kelly Slater (38) and Andy Irons (32) continue to push surfing forward as a sport with age seemingly not limiting they’re progress who knows what Chippa will be doing in 10 years time……
We know that we posted footage from the Nike 6.0 Lowers Pro the other day but we felt a bit more would not go a miss, so today’s surfing video is action from the final day of the competition which Gabe Kling went on to win, if the 2010 Nike 6.0 Lower Pro was this good who knows what will go down next year!
After yesterday’s epic surfing video it has been kind of hard to find anything that can follow in its wake! So although its not quite as good; this video of a few pros making the most of some junky waves at snapper, some pretty nice spray coming off some well timed roundhouse cuttys along with the occasional punt thrown in to the mix and we’re away! The footage in today’s surfing video is from what some people are calling one of the most progressive day of surfing in a contest, taken from the Nike 6.0 Lowers Pro. Jordy Smith managed to nail a perfect 10 which is pretty epic considering that everyone else was blowing up as well in the peaking conditions on day 4 of the comp.
